Preamble & Acceptance

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "ToS") apply without restriction or reservation to all sales concluded by HLIKI LLC (hereinafter "the Seller") to buyers (hereinafter "the Client" or "the Buyer") wishing to acquire the digital products offered for sale on the website myflowplanner.com.

1. Nature of Products

The products sold by MyFlowPlanner are exclusively digital files. This includes, but is not limited to, Notion templates, printable PDF planners, digital habit trackers, productivity systems, and downloadable planning resources.

No physical product is sold or shipped. The Client will not receive any physical planner, notebook, or merchandise in the mail.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary software (such as a PDF reader, Notion account, or compatible device) to access and use the digital products.

2. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

Prices are indicated in EUR (€) and may include applicable taxes at checkout depending on your location. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but products are billed according to the rate in effect at the exact moment of order validation.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

3. Intellectual Property & Licensing

All templates, planner systems, texts, graphics, designs, digital assets, and downloadable materials provided by MyFlowPlanner are the exclusive intellectual property of HLIKI LLC.

Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the digital asset.

4. Delivery and Access

Delivery of digital products is immediate after successful payment confirmation. The Client will receive access to the download page and/or access links by email.

If you do not receive your email within 15 minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting support.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final.

However, we may offer refunds in cases of duplicate purchases, corrupted files, or verified technical issues preventing access to the product.

6. Limitation of Liability

MyFlowPlanner provides digital tools for organization and productivity purposes only. We do not guarantee specific financial, personal, emotional, or professional results from using our products.

All products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall HLIKI LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital products.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to or use of the website shall be instituted in a competent court located in New Mexico, United States.
