At MyFlowPlanner, we create digital planners and productivity tools designed to help you organize your life, build routines, and stay consistent with clarity and elegance. While digital products are generally non-refundable due to their nature, we aim to provide a customer-first experience.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We understand that every workflow and planning style is different. If you purchase a product and genuinely feel that it does not fit your needs, we encourage you to contact our support team within 14 days of your purchase.

To qualify for a refund request, we ask that you:

  • Contact us within 14 days of your purchase.
  • Briefly explain why the product did not meet your expectations.
  • Allow our support team the opportunity to help you access or configure the product properly.

Technical Issues & Corrupted Files

If you experience technical issues accessing your Notion templates, downloadable planners, PDFs, or digital files, please contact us immediately.

If our support team cannot resolve the issue or restore access within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be issued.

2. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact our support team with your order details.

We will review the duplicate transaction and issue a refund when applicable.

3. Fraud & Policy Abuse

To protect our business and digital products, we reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, including but not limited to:

  • Downloading or accessing all digital assets before requesting a refund without a legitimate reason.
  • Repeatedly purchasing and refunding multiple products.
  • Filing fraudulent chargebacks without first contacting our support team.

4. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it is processed through Stripe or the original payment provider.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take between 5 and 10 business days to appear on your account.

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or card provider first before contacting us again.
